We are all about outdoor adventure

Give us a kite or a ski, some sand at our feet or seawater in our hair... that' when we feel pure joy.  So do many of you.  At OUTMANA we are looking for the best products from around the world to create outdoor adventures, fun in the open air, sport in nature.  No, we are not hoping to become the next Amazon with same day delivery (do we all really need that ?), but we'd like to become a trusted source of a sustainably delivered wide range of outdoor products for any style of adventure.  

ADVICE AND SERVICE

We'll give you the best advice we have, and if you are not happy, feel free to return. We are in it for the long term and want to see you coming back for your next trips and adventures.  Our webshop is built on an efficient high-tech platform to give you the best possible service.  And if something is not going the way you expected, feel free to send us some feedback at [email protected].   And now relax, we are living on a beautiful planet, so enjoy that in all possible ways with respect for your surroundings.

ALL SEASONS

We are not a mountain webstore, nor a kite shop.  We are all about all seasons, all outdoor sports and activities: mountain, land, water, wind, snow, backyard.  We select brands that set the standard in these categories and offer the top innovator brands as well to discover cool new stuff.

SIMPLE ECOLOGICAL APPROACH

No, we will not start a very long story about the environment, but we are fans of simple solutions that do contribute to a better ecological footprint.  Packaging is one of them.  Why all this plastic tape?  Why all the repackaging?  Why all the bubble foam?  We try to reuse our inbound packaging as much as possible for our outbound shipments, we use paper tape and as much as possible paper protection as well.  It might also mean that the carton shipping box doesn't look 100% pristine, but it's just as good, and we didn't throw one away to put your product in a new box.

Shipping we try to approach ecologically as well.  If possible we ship directly from our supplier to your door.  If it makes more sense, we'll ship it from our stock, for example when you have multiple items from different brands.  We ship quickly and efficiently, but our goal is not next day delivery or same day delivery.  We don't believe that contributes to a more efficient and environmentally responsible logistics chain.  

WHO IS WE?

We are OUTMANA, but we are just a young player in the business, we started in November 2023.  OUTMANA was established by Seppe De Roeck, a passionate sporter and outdoor lover with a background in commerce and technology.   After many years of building the CHILLAFISH toy brand (check out www.chillafish.com) OUTMANA is a second endeavor that combines his passion and experience.
