The combination of EDELRID's HMS STRIKE SLIDER with the STRIKE FG is ideal for use with all types of belay device. This locking carabiner features a keylock closure mechanism for optimum handling when clipping and unclipping, and a spring bar that holds the carabiner in place when belaying to prevent cross loading. Its H-profile construction ensures the best possible use of material and minimal weight. The carabiner is available as a slider, screw, or triple lock version, and has a width of 67 mm, length of 98 mm, and a gate opening of 19 mm. It has a maximum major axis strength of 22 kN, maximum minor axis strength of 8 kN, and a maximum open strength of 7 kN. It is EN 12275 certified and made of aluminium.
