The Edelrid HMS Magnum Triple is an extra-large locking carabiner with a triple lock locking mechanism for maximum safety. It has a generous inner radius to minimize rope wear and an H-profile construction for best possible use of material and minimal weight. The large gate opening and inner dimensions make it ideal for stances, belaying and rappelling. The carabiner is certified to EN 12275 and EN 362, and has a width of 76 mm, length of 120 mm, and gate opening of 22 mm. It has a major axis strength of 24 kN, minor axis strength of 8 kN, and open strength of 9 kN.
