The EDELRID POWERSTATIC 11,0mm static rope delivers particularly good handling and excellent knotability. It runs very easily through decenders, belay, and rescue devices, making it an all-rounder for a variety of applications. The rope features a braided core for maximum durability and high edge stability, a twined and shrunk sheath construction for maximum abrasion resistance and minimal shrinkage, and tracer threads in the rope sheath to indicate the rope diameter. The rope is also treated with EDELRID's Thermo Shield treatment for pleasant handling. It has a core proportion of 61%, a diameter of 11mm, a knotability of 0.90, a sheath proportion of 39%, a shrinkage H20 of 0.20%, a weight per meter of 81g/m, a minimum breaking strength of 29kN, and a static elongation of 4.3%. The minimum breaking strength in a figure-of-eight knot is 17kN.
